Our policies

Criminal Finances Act policy

Our zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion and its facilitation.

Morrell Middleton takes a zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion, and to helping anyone else evade tax, in the UK and abroad. Our directors are committed to putting this policy into practice.

The law

This policy follows the Criminal Finances Act 2017, which makes it a criminal offence for a business to fail to prevent its staff or associates from facilitating tax evasion. We meet all our requirements under the Act.

Who it applies to

It applies to everyone who works with or for us, in the UK or abroad: directors, managers and employees (permanent, fixed-term or temporary), as well as consultants, contractors, agents and anyone else acting on our behalf.

Concerns

Anyone with a concern should raise it with a director straight away. You can also contact us at reception@gravitax.co.uk or on 01904 691141.
